The March of Dimes’ mission is to lead the fight for the health of all moms and babies with the goals to end the preventable maternal health risks and deaths, end preventable preterm birth and infant death, and close the health equity gap.
Each year, between February and April, OBHG partners with March of Dimes as they kick off their annual national fundraising campaign. The fundraising season culminates with celebration/ awareness walks across the country, called March for Babies.
This year, OBHG raised an incredible $6,059 for March of Dimes, surpassing our $5,000 goal. This achievement reflects not only our collective generosity but also our unwavering commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of moms and babies. With OBHG’s match, our grand donation total for 2024 is $11,059.
Every dollar contributed represents a step closer to ending preterm births in America and closing the health equity gap. OBHG employees’ dedication and compassion have truly made a profound impact.
In events across the nation, OBHG employees raised money and walked in the March for Babies. It was truly a rewarding experience for all, and we look forward to next year’s event!
