OBHG partners with Monument Health Rapid City Hospital in Rapid City, SD

Welcome Monument Health Rapid City Hospital in Rapid City, SD to the OBHG family with a ramp start and targeting full-time coverage with the establishment of an obstetric emergency department (OBED) in Q1 2024.

Hospital leadership is partnering with OBHG to enhance the safety of their OB program. They are also looking to keep high-risk patients, while reducing physician burnout.

Monument Health Rapid City Hospital is the flagship hospital for Monument Health and currently sees approximately 2,000 annual deliveries. This program will be our first partnership in South Dakota. This is the 35th OBHG program to start in 2023!

The team at Monument Health Rapid City Hospital includes Dr. Kevin Bray, Dr. Maureen Jordan, Dr. Ladonna Jones, and Dr. Wesley Davis as well as Diplomats Dr. Elena Hannon and Dr. Jimmy Ellis. Dr. Davis will serve as Interim Site Director for this program.
