Has living through a pandemic changed your outlook and priorities?
Most of us are more determined than ever to make the most of each day, focus on family, love and wellness, and do something good for the world.
At OBHG, we’re thankful to be in a strong professional and financial position, and still able to help hospitals and care for the patients who need us most. And we’re proud to say that so far, we have been able to keep our physicians’ pay, benefits and schedules constant during this crisis.
We’re still adding new hospital partners, launching new programs and hiring OB/GYNs for part-time, full-time, back-up, travel and leadership roles across the country.
Hospitalist work isn’t right for every physician, but it does offer a slew of advantages that may be even more attractive now…stability is a big one. So is flexibility – not only a schedule you can mold to your life (rather than the other way around), but also the ability to go part time if you need to, or transfer to a different location when your spouse gets a job out of state or it’s time to move closer to your parents. And if your goal is to move into clinical leadership positions, we will help you get there.
Joining OBHG comes with other perks unique to our industry (like the CARE peer support program, a new medical missions program, leadership training, and our private online network of nearly 900 physician colleagues).
Ultimately our goals are to improve maternal health/reduce maternal mortality rates in the U.S., increase access to safe, high quality care for pregnant women regardless of their personal circumstances, and make life better for the OB/GYNs who work for us and with us.
Now is a great time to plan a career transition or start gathering info. If you have questions about the work, benefits package or available locations, our recruiters would love to answer them.
Rather just lurk for a while? Signing up for our twice-monthly job alerts will keep you up to date on our latest openings at a glance, and includes tidbits like bonus amounts and rate increases that are usually only available to subscribers.
