We’re hiring clinician roles in Rapid City including OB/GYN hospitalists and a program Site Director.
Less than an hour’s drive from six national parks, Rapid City is conveniently located near outdoor adventures while offering city comforts and attractions. Rapid City boasts beautiful nature while still having a vibrant downtown and small-town feel. There are several coffee shops, parks, and highly-rated public schools. With a low cost of living and easy access to the best attractions in the state, Rapid City is the second most populated city in South Dakota.
Monument Health Rapid City Hospital
Monument Health Rapid City Hospital is the flagship hospital for Monument Health and currently sees approximately 2,000 annual deliveries. The hospital provides birth planning services, childbirth education and breastfeeding support. Women with high-risk pregnancies are referred to Rapid City Hospital to consult with obstetricians and neonatologists, and the babies delivered are immediately evaluated in the NICU. As a Level III healing environment, our NICU is the only one of its kind in western South Dakota, with 28 beds and the ability to treat most neonatal medical problems. Monument Health is a member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network.
