OBHG partners with Piedmont Macon Medical Center in Macon, GA

OBHG is excited to announce our partnership with Piedmont Macon Medical Center in Macon, GA, where we are launching a 24/7 hospitalist program, with plans to establish an OBED by January 1, 2025.

Through this collaboration, OBHG will support the growth of the hospital’s OB-GYN service line, work alongside local physicians, assist in recruiting new OBs, and ensure the highest level of safety on the unit.

Piedmont Macon Medical Center currently handles approximately 2,500 deliveries annually. This partnership marks our eighth in Georgia and our first with the prominent Piedmont Healthcare system, based in Atlanta.

This program is OBHG’s 29th launch of 2024, and we look forward to making a lasting, positive impact on the physicians, women, and babies in the Macon community.
