Ob Hospitalist Group (OBHG) is excited to announce a new partnership with Baptist Medical Center Clay in Fleming Island, Florida, further strengthening our presence across the state and continuing our mission to support women, babies, and the physicians who care for them.
This collaboration will launch with a ramping obstetric emergency department (OBED) program, with OBHG expected to have full coverage by early 2026. Hospital leadership is looking to OBHG to provide significant clinical and operational support to local private practice groups, helping ensure consistent, high-quality obstetric care for the community.
The new program at Baptist Medical Center Clay will allow OBHG to positively impact an additional 1,355 deliveries annually, expanding access to dedicated OB hospitalist coverage for patients and providers alike.
This milestone marks:
- OBHG’s 31st program in Florida
- Our 3rd partnership with Baptist Health Florida
- The 44th OBHG program launched in 2025
Each new partnership represents more than a number—it reflects our ongoing commitment to collaboration, physician support, and improved outcomes for women and babies. OBHG is proud to partner with Baptist Medical Center Clay and looks forward to making a lasting, positive impact in the Fleming Island community for years to come.
