Held July 17-18, the annual event brought together Women’s Care providers and leadership for two days of interactive sessions, clinical education, and collaboration focused on advancing women’s healthcare.

What the partnership delivers
The OBHG-Women’s Care partnership has produced measurable results. Physician productivity has increased by approximately 20%, driven primarily by the elimination of post-call days and reduced hospital interruptions. Physician labor costs have come down as call burden is lifted and practices gain the flexibility to incorporate advanced practice providers into their staffing models. And expanded clinic availability has allowed Women’s Care to reach patients who previously faced limited access.
Collaboration beyond the contract
Strong partnerships require more than a good operating model. They require ongoing communication, mutual investment, and trust. OBHG and Women’s Care have built that foundation through regular office hours with OBHG’s regional VP of Clinical Operations, transparent data sharing on services provided, and OB Hospitalist access to Women’s Care EMRs for continuity of care and patient care planning.
These touchpoints ensure that alignment isn’t just structural but clinical and personal, with bi-directional feedback from individual clinicians on both sides.
