Bothwell Regional Health Center

Bothwell Regional Health Center (BRHC) provides specialized care in a comfortable and private setting for new families. BRHC has a state-of-the-art Women's Health and Newborn Care unit with four large delivery rooms and four large post-partum rooms. BRHC has an on site NICU with a partnership with Children's Mercy Kansas City for more severe cases. Bothwell Regional Health Center currently sees approximately 450 annual deliveries per year.

Cox Medical Center South

Cox Medical Center South is a 644-bed full-service acute care and surgical medical center that has served the Springfield area since 1985. Known as the "jewel of the Medical Mile," the facility offers spacious, private labor and delivery suites, a level III NICU with 28 private rooms and state-of-the-art perinatal intensive care.

OBHG Hospitalists who join our Cox South program enjoy comprehensive support including MFM consultations, back-up when needed and in-house anesthesia dedicated to obstetrics.

Located near the hospital, the Turner Center is home to the Springfield Women's Center, pediatrician offices, OB/GYN physician offices and a Pediatric Urgent Care.

Lake Regional Health System

Lake Regional Family Birth Center provides an exceptional environment for both patients and healthcare professionals. Fully equipped private suites are designed for seamless care from labor through postpartum recovery, enhancing patient comfort and satisfaction. The Level II Nursery, supported by a highly skilled team, allows for newborns needing advanced treatments such as respiratory support or IV therapies. Experienced nurses are trained in comprehensive maternity care, fostering a collaborative atmosphere throughout every stage of the birthing experience. The new program at Lake Regional Health System will allow OBHG to impact an additional 600 annual deliveries.

Mercy Hospital Southeast

Mercy Hospital Southeast, part of Mercy (MO), is an acute care hospital with a Level III NICU. The hospital manages approximately 670 annual deliveries. It has been recognized as a 2026 High Performing Hospital for Maternity Care by U.S. News & World Report, the only hospital in southeast Missouri to receive that designation.

Mercy Hospital Springfield

Mercy Birthplace – Springfield offers personalized, family-centered maternity care in private labor, delivery, and recovery suites designed for comfort and bonding. The facility features modern amenities such as adjustable labor beds, support tools like birth balls, and accommodations for birth partners, all aimed at enhancing the childbirth experience. Recognized nationally by U.S. News & World Report for excellence in maternity care, Mercy is committed to safety and high-quality patient support. Families can also take advantage of childbirth preparation classes, maternity tours, and lactation services to feel more confident and informed before delivery. With a Level III NICU and ongoing postpartum and pediatric support, Mercy continues to care for families well beyond birth.

Missouri Highlands Health Care

Missouri Highlands Health Care (MHHC) Obstetrics & Gynecology works to improve the health care of women from the first visit of an adolescent girl to the care of a menopausal woman and everything in between. MHHC offers OB/GYN services, family planning, prenatal care, birth control, female infertility, IUD insertion, chronic vulvar & vaginal conditions, STD infections, endometriosis, low & high-risk pregnancy, and menopausal care. Missouri Highlands Health Care currently sees approximately 350 annual deliveries.
