The Opportunity

Ob Hospitalist Group Site Directors perform an important dual clinical/professional role: ensuring their program is achieving clinical and operational objectives and guiding the hospitalist team.

Part of the OBHG leadership team, the Site Director reports to the Market Medical Director and/or the Vice President of Clinical Operations to deliver excellent care, build and maintain relationships and oversee the program’s financial health.

Responsibilities include working five or more Hospitalist shifts each month, and traveling to address hospital and operational priorities as needed.

Marietta Memorial Hospital is part of Memorial Health, a not-for-profit integrated health system lead by a volunteer board of community members. The hospital is committed to providing comprehensive care services to the Mid-Ohio Valley, with an additional focus on medical education and community service.

Marietta Memorial's labor and delivery unit offers a high-tech alarm system, breastfeeding support, one-to-one nursing care during active labor, personalized anesthesia services and pre-pregnancy education. It currently sees about 732 deliveries per year.

The Location

Marietta is a historic, charming riverboat town nestled in the rolling hills of the Mid-Ohio Valley. Sitting between the Ohio and Muskingum Rivers, it was the first-ever city established in the state.
