OBHG OB/GYN Hospitalists are the in-house experts whose ability to handle any obstetric emergency dramatically improves patient safety and satisfaction.

This opportunity involves working collaboratively with local obstetricians to ensure that every pregnant woman who presents to the hospital is cared for by an experienced physician every time. We are seeking OB/GYNs with exceptional clinical and communication skills, a passion for healthcare quality improvement, and a desire to shape the future of our specialty.

Good Samaritan is a nonprofit, 286-bed facility that provides acute care and surgical services to Rockland and Orange Counties in New York, and Bergen County in New Jersey.

The hospital delivers more than 3,000 babies each year. Its Birthing Center features private labor, delivery and recovery suites, antepartum rooms for women with high-risk pregnancies, two surgical suites for C-sections, two newborn nurseries and a level II NICU.

OBHG is hiring full-time and part-time OBGYN Hospitalist (Laborist) positions. Compensation is based on full-time employment, working 7 24-hour shifts per month. The pay range for these positions are between $344,840 to $474,320 annually. Sign-On Bonus is available and included in this range.

Suffern is a village located in the town of Ramapo in Rockland County, New York. Situated near the Hudson River, the village is home to nearly 11,000 residents and is just 30 miles north of New York City.

The village is served by local and express trains at Suffern Station, connecting commuters to the Hoboken Terminal, New York's Pennsylvania Station and the New Jersey Transit Main Line. The village has convenient access to several nearby interstates and highways.
