Nick Sacco

As President and Chief Operating Officer, Nick leads all aspects of client operations, including account management, customer success, clinician recruiting, and clinician services. Since joining the company in early 2019, he has played a pivotal role in driving the organization’s strategic growth and evolution, fostering key partnerships, and enhancing the company’s overall impact.

With nearly 30 years of experience in the physician services space, including over 10 years in women’s healthcare, Nick brings a wealth of industry expertise. Before joining Ob Hospitalist Group, he held various leadership positions at Sheridan Healthcare, Envision Physician Services, and EyeCare Services Partners.

Nick is passionate about addressing the access-to-care issues pervasive in the American healthcare delivery system. He is committed to advancing innovative solutions that improve both client and clinician experiences, ensuring sustainable growth and exceptional care delivery.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida International University and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. He resides in Greenville, SC, with his wife Amanda, their daughter Phoebe, and their two dogs, Lola and Bear.
