Lisa A. Bukovac, DO, FACOOG
Chief Clinical Officer
Dr. Lisa A. Bukovac is a passionate advocate for women’s reproductive rights and a steadfast supporter of OB clinicians, believing that both women and the clinicians who care for them deserve the highest quality of support and resources. Before joining OBHG in 2014, she served as section chief for Augusta Health Center in Virginia. Dr. Bukovac became a Site Director for OBHG in 2015 and was promoted to Medical Director of Operations in 2019. In recognition of her outstanding leadership, she received OBHG’s Excellence in Clinical Leadership award in 2018 and is the recipient of an OBHG You Delivered! award.
In 2020, Dr. Bukovac began overseeing clinical management operations for OBHG programs across the Northeast and Midwest as Vice President of Clinical Operations, and in 2022, she was promoted to Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations for the Northeast, Midwest, and Western regions. In 2025, Dr. Bukovac was elevated to Executive Vice President of Clinician Success, and soon after, Chief Clinical Officer—reflecting her exceptional leadership in advancing clinician engagement, development, and success throughout the organization.
Dr. Bukovac received a bachelor’s degree in biology and Russian studies from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College and a DO degree from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences, Des Moines. She completed an internship and residency at St. Luke’s Hospital Allentown campus.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Bukovac enjoys traveling with her husband and four children. She is an avid reader and fan of Stephen King and wants to work at Walt Disney World when she retires.
