Deidre Jordan

Deidre Jordan is dedicated to advancing women’s healthcare and expanding OBHG’s mission to elevate the standard of care in communities nationwide. She joined OBHG in 2019, bringing leadership experience from her roles as Vice President of Operations for the Women’s and Children’s service line at Envision Physician Services and as an administrator of dialysis clinics at DaVita Healthcare.

Since joining OBHG, Deidre has led key initiatives, including streamlining the hospital onboarding process, centralizing the scheduling team, and introducing lean principles and kaizen to foster continuous improvement. In 2020, she assumed leadership of Southeast operations and was promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations in 2022, later expanding her oversight to include the Northeast region. In 2024, Deidre was promoted to Executive Vice President of Operations, leading OBHG’s operations team and driving strategic performance. She works closely with OBHG’s clinical leadership to ensure a seamless alignment between clinical and business objectives. In addition to overseeing regional performance, she leads new client onboarding and process optimization initiatives, reinforcing OBHG’s commitment to operational efficiency and excellence.

Deidre earned a bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in healthcare management and an Executive MBA from the University of Miami, where she received a full scholarship and competed as a Division I swimmer.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two young daughters and is committed to leading by example for the next generation. She embraces an active lifestyle through yoga, swimming, free diving, wakeboarding, hiking and skiing.
